of this keto macros pizza on YouTube — I forget which keto channel I was watching, but I was super curious and started off making a version of my own.

So I make a
keto flatbread (paratha) using the Headbanger's Kitchen recipe
of coconut flour and psyllium husk powder with a bit
of baking powder, the bread comes out really well and is a good enough meal for me with 4 net carbs per piece.My question is it bad to eat this everyday if it fits in my

of protein is fine but it does sound quite high.
The combination
of ingredients is an excellent ratio
of macros for
keto.
Granted, if you are coming to the game with significant metabolic damage from decades
of carbohydrate dependency, or not paying attention to some common sense best practices, such as choosing healthy foods instead
of blindly focusing on
macros, you will likely struggle with something as stringent as
keto.
I have lots
of friends doing
keto, and they're testing their blood and peeing on sticks and telling me I need to watch my
macros... and it was all just so much.

of fat from cheese, sour cream, and salad dressing to satisfy
