It took my body a long while (6 + weeks) to recover from Bronchitis, so naps after work in
lieu of a kettlebell workout happened... and sleeping for 11 hours solid this weekend happened.
The
nature of kettlebell workouts is that they focus on strength, endurance and flexibility, as a result they tend to produce lean, strong bodies (as long as you eat right and sleep right too).
I really enjoy living an active lifestyle which includes hiking, biking, backpacking, walking, occasional CrossFit classes and lot's
of kettlebell workouts.
