I started making quiches years ago when I needed to figure out a good brunch dish to make that was delicious but could also be prepared the night before and not having to stand in front of the kitchen while the guests are arriving.

I for one am an avid fan and always enjoy browsing the latest dishes so I was honored to asked to be apart of Kitchen Daily.

Ben ate it for meals and snacks and kept coming to kitchen to ask for more servings, so I know we'll have that dish on repeat for the rest of the summer.
