But people like you are helping jurisdictions throughout the country break this cycle, saving lives and taxpayer dollars by enacting local ordinances to fight the cruelty

No, not the kind

of kittens, a truckload
of rescued puppy
mill dogs or an animal with an injury or illness.

Background: The issue

kitten mills (where animals are kept and bred in shockingly poor conditions) in the province
of Quebec has garnered significant attention.
But understanding that the facts do not support the notion
of pet overpopulation and saying so publicly has nothing whatsoever to do with supporting breeding or being in league with puppy or

In the final analysis, it is HSUS, the ASPCA, and PETA which benefit puppy and

of animals, not No Kill advocates who refuse to subscribe to the lie
