The cavatelli pasta with

My go - to Sunday meal is some sort
of slow - cooked protein like brisket,
lamb shoulder or pork

If the ultratender
lamb neck is on the menu, keep it all for yourself so you can pick at every last bit
of meat from the bone.
I used leg
of lamb as I didn't have
neck.
Middle
neck or scrag end
of lamb are flavoursome cuts and perfect for braising.
