Not everyone likes
salad, luckily there are plenty
of easy ways to add
leafy green to your daily diet.
As for the
salad base, I used gluten free orzo for the photos, but this works equally well with cooked, cooled quinoa (for more nutrients) or a giant bed
of leafy greens (which makes it a perfect paleo & Whole30 approved meal).
If you add a side
of green leafy salad, that's another 3g, giving you 17g in total.
