In a blender add the chopped tomatillos, poblanos, serranos, onion, garlic, epazote leaves, parsley leaves, romaine

Though the smørrebrød pictured here appear simple — merely buttered bread topped with vivid

lettuces like romaine need to be treated with care.
Romaine

of some
