level, panelists used the performance
level descriptors and actual test results and compared them to empirical studies to make their judgments.
The resulting comprehensive toolkit consists
of 6 online training modules that focus on classroom implementation
of the ELP Standards: Module 1 - Introduction; Module 2 - Task Analysis; Module 3 - ELP Standards; Module 4 - Performance
Level Descriptors; Module 5 - Formative Assessment; and Module 6 - Reflection.

The problem with this «end justifies the means» argument — where the means involved is the abhorrent use
of a pejorative

of GCS scores is an attempt to quantify
levels of consciousness to improve on the previous use
of descriptors, there is still a subjective element to arriving at a GCS score.
