I'm following the Wheat Free Diet and they don't allow Agave so left that out and used 3 drops
of liquid Stevia.
Here is my go - to daily recipe: Protein Packed Green Smoothie (Makes 2 servings) 2 cups organic coconut or almond milk 1 cup spring water or coconut water 3 TBS organic hemp seeds 1 frozen banana 2 cups organic greens (I love kale, arugula or romaine) 1 TBS organic almond butter Optional: Add a few drops
of liquid stevia for additional sweetness (I use this brand) Directions: Add all ingredients to a Vitamix or high powered blender and enjoy!
and a tiny drop
of liquid stevia if you want it sweeter without using a sugary sweetener

If you need to use a sweetener, the best one for cappuccino is 1 - 3 drops
of liquid Stevia extract or a teaspoon of Erythritol which have zero carbs.
Instead, I like to make - ahead a drink that has either vodka, tequila or gin, 3 part soda water, 1 part juice, some lemon or lime and a squeeze
of liquid stevia.

Depending on how ripe the fruit is, I usually grind about a teaspoon chia seeds and three drops

Add maple syrup to taste - start by blending in 2 tbsp, and add more if you want it (you can also sub the additional maple syrup for a few drops
of liquid stevia, if preferred).
If the stevia in the raw is a concern, you can replace it with 3/4 -1 tsp
of liquid stevia extract.
Mel - I haven't tried this recipe using stevia packets but you can try using 18 packets of stevia instead of the 1.5 tsp
of liquid stevia extract.
