of the pie, sprinkle with chunky salt, chocolate chips, and a small amount
of cocoa powder

of hot fudge at the bottom
of the pie is a decadent
little surprise with each bite
of pie.
Part 3/3 — Chocolate Avocado Mousse with
Peanut Butter — one
of my favourite go - to dessert, for when I want a
little something sweet after dinner.
Spread a
little of the
peanut butter mixture onto a cracker and sandwich together with another cracker.

little candies yourself!
But, like I mentioned before, this ice cream only has two ingredients - frozen bananas and natural
peanut butter (and a splash
of soy / almond milk if your blender needs a
little help)- but is still super creamy and satisfying.
Perhaps an additional cup
of confectioners sugar might be added to the
peanut butter to solidify that layer a
little better.
A
little Nutella or
peanut butter isn't out
of line either:)
Ok, these
little guys are a relative
of my Healthy
Peanut Butter Cups which I already can't get enough
of.
And making

I wanted to make them again today and just found out that I was out
of peanut butter, so I felt a
little bit experimental and used smooth Speculoos (450gr)
of it.
I finally managed to whittle down my out -
of - control nut
butter stash to just 2 jars — 1
peanut, 1 almond (coconut
butter and tahini don't count) but then my cupboard was looking a
little bare so I had to restock again -LRB-!)
I used a
little salt and a heaping spoon
of peanut butter in it, YUM!!!!! Thank you for this recipe.
