A couple
of little pumpkins quickly and easily make the open shelves above the coffee station just a bit more festive!
I like this idea of using a dessert stand to display piles
of little pumpkins.
My dear neighbor posted on Facebook about how she had
all of these little pumpkins growing in her backyard.

I tweaked Aran's recipe a
little by adding
pumpkin seeds instead
of pistachios and substituting regular butter with nut butters and ghee.
The selection
of veggies varies a
little depending on what I have in my fridge but it usually centres on these four — kale, carrots, red pepper and avocado plus my new hummus, which I am so in love with, and a sprinkling
of pumpkin seeds.
I normally add banana slices, fresh berries and lots
of almond butter, plus some cacao nibs and
pumpkin seeds for a
little crunch!
I just used
Pumpkin Seeds instead
of Sunflower, and added a bit
of agave syrup for a
little more sweetness.
Once the kale is cooked assemble all the ingredients into a bowl, drizzle the dressing evenly, sprinkle a handful
of pumpkin seeds and a
little salt and then enjoy!

Easier and even a
little tastier, but still reminiscent
of, Vcon
pumpkin baked ziti.
My sweet husband John has real soft spot for
pumpkin bread, so as a
little surprise I made a cake version
of his favorite fall - time treat.
I just want to say that if sometimes you're a
little lazy like me, these taste wonderful with a batch
of Krusteaz
Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread pancake batter in place
of making the pancake batter from scratch.
I think I am going to add a
little pumpkin and ginger to my next batch because I simply can't get enough
of it this time
of year.
I never had
pumpkin cheesecake before, I made this one yesterday, my husband and I just had a piece it is out
of this world, I didn't have gingersnap cookies so I had to use graham crackers I added a
little bit
of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and ginger to the crust and mine did crack a
little even with the water bath, that's ok, it gets eaten anyway.
The result is lusciously sweet caramel that's full
of the health benefits
of dried dates with just a
little of the very fall - like flavor
of the dates themselves — which pairs perfectly with the
pumpkin in these muffins.
My
pumpkin streak was on a bit
of a lapse, so I'm snatching up this
little ditty post haste.
 Honestly,  I was sort
of wishing that I was eating theÂ
pumpkin whoopie cookies on Peabody's site.  I found these a
little lacking.
This is the perfect vegan
pumpkin pie recipe, made extra silky with the help
of a
little silken tofu.
Top with a
little bit
of pumpkin butter, then about 4 - 5 bittersweet chocolate chips.
Process it coarsely (not puree - some chunks left) and put it in a pot with diced fresh
pumpkin (not puree), 26oz can
of petite diced tomatoes, chicken stock and some shredded chicken or pork; bring to a simmer and throw a
little minced cilantro in right at the end.
So after some trial and error this is what I have come up with, and it is the way I like it, not too much
pumpkin, no oil,
little bit
of spice, raisins and walnuts.
My

of pumpkin pie spice from Trader Joe's is totally the new Frank's... I put that shiz on...
One
of my students described it as having the texture
of pumpkin bread but a
little more cakey.
These cute
little cakes combine two
of the holiday season's most beloved ingredients:
pumpkin and eggnog.
A
little bit
of coconut flour goes a long way, and it certainly helps cut the cost
of making these
pumpkin cupcakes.
For a
little bit
of flavor I add some apple juice and vanilla extract to the liquid, and some
pumpkin pie spice.
Rub the edge
of the filled
pumpkin shape with a
little bit
of water, then place the cut - out
pumpkin on top and press to seal the edges together.
The
pumpkin flavor is enhanced by all the aromatic spices, they are like pieces
of pumpkin clouds in your mouth,

of comforting goodness.

They're chock full
of pumpkin and spices, with a tender crumb and a
little extra texture from old - fashioned oats.
I took a
little taste
of the creamer before adding it to the cake,
pumpkin filling, and glaze, and I knew right then and there that this cake was going to be amazing.
I love the
little specs
of pumpkin spice throughout that sauce, it is just so pretty and all the closeup shots are just drool - worthy!
While I sometimes use chickpea flour, I find oat flour is a
little heartier, and it was definitely better choice for this stack
of pumpkin glory.

pumpkins pears, squash, and all sorts
of comfort food as the air starts to get a
little crisp.
Now Thanksgiving recently passed and I decided to break out
of the
pumpkin pie box and try something a
little different.
We combine that with said chopped vegetables, a few spices, a
little broth and a healthy splash
of coconut milk for a super creamy and satisfying
pumpkin soup.
A

of cream, grated parsmesan cheese, and fresh basil makes the best every
