Didn't have
macadamia flour, so used all almond, and used plain Greek yogurt instead
of coconut
milk.
My personal favourite is the gluten - free Bircher, which so far I've tried with my
macadamia and seeded
milks, and sprinkled on my nana and pumpkin ice creams, and homemade coconut yoghurt, just some

milk of choice.

The Milkadamia regular and unsweetened
macadamia nut based
milk is my favorite brand and type
of plant - based
milk.
However, I found that the chocolate dominated the delicate
macadamia flavour so I'd suggest either using
milk chocolate and more
macadamia paste or simply placing a whole roasted
macadamia nut into the centre
of a ball
of ganache instead.
A typical full day
of eating for me looks like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut
milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal
of the day): 4 - 5 ounces
of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful
of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large salad with all kinds
of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit
of protein with it.
Instead
of milk sometimes used I headed for
macadamia nuts and coconut water.
With a wealth
of dairy - free options ranging from almond, cashew,
macadamia, soy, pecan, potato (yes, potato), hemp, rice... literally, we could go on for days... it seems a bit ridiculous to keep relying on cows
milk.
In addition to the lack
of banana, this smoothie was fun because you basically create your own non-dairy
milk from
macadamia nuts and tofu.

milk options, including nut -
milks (like cashew, almond and
macadamia) and plant - based
milks, such as hemp seed, coconut.
When I want a gorgeous spiced chai latte I simply heat some
macadamia milk (you can make your own) froth it with a hand held
milk frother and add a spoon
of the chai mixture into an infuser and let it steep.

of stevia Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

of Macadamia oil in my lunch shake — almond

Of the 35 foods that were tested, those that were low in FODMAPS included canned coconut
milk, dulse (a sea vegetable), nutritional yeast,
macadamia milk, soy cheese, tempeh, and pea and rice protein isolates.
For me, do all this AND take out all nuts (including coconut meat) except a handful
of macadamias — coconut by - products are OK (
milk, cream, oil, but not cream
of coconut, or coconut meat).
Macadamia nut
milks can be made with 1/4 cup
of nuts to 1 1/2 cups.
She also accused me
of lying about the ingredients in the
macadamia caramel candies... she thought for sure I was trying to poison her with
milk maid caramels or at the very minimum large quantities
of brown sugar mixed in!
