of the macadamia nut butter and 1/2 cup of agave and 1/2 cup water instead of 1 cup of agave.
I've tried it with a TBSP
of macadamia nut butter instead of the protein powder and it was deeeelicious.
I have never made walnut butter (it sounds pretty bombastic), but have a ton
of macadamia nut butter to get rid of — weekend project!

of refined sugar, white flour, eggs,

A typical full day
of eating for me looks like: Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal

macadamia nuts and cacao

Macadamia butter Macadamias are quite low in protein compared to most
nuts, but are uniquely high in monounsaturated fats (the most
of all
nuts).
If lunch is going to be later, I'll have a snack, usually a few
macadamia nuts or a spoonful
of coconut
butter.
If you like your
nut butter more spreadable, add ⅛ to 1/4 cup
of macadamia nut oil to help smooth it out.

Here are foods you can try to boost your fat intake: avocados,
macadamia nuts, other
nuts & seeds and
nut butters, coconut
butter, beef (don't go for a completely lean cut), fatty fish (salmon, sardines and mackerel), olive oil in salads, ghee or tallow for cooking (instead
of lard which you can't eat).
But so much more as well... bacon, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, lots
of leafy greens (kale and spinach), broccoli,
macadamia nuts (these are a bit expensive so not always), peanut
butter, cream cheese, real
butter....
Adding a few walnuts to a salad, snacking on a handful
of macadamia nuts or spreading almond
butter on slices
of fruits are good options to make you feel fuller and energized until your next meal.
And in order to achieve this, you must consume over 60 - 70 %
of healthy fats in your diet, such as - avocado, raw
nuts —
macadamia nuts and pecans, coconut oil, oraganic - pastured eggs, grass pastured
butter.
For example, you could do PHD with lean meats plus saturated fats (
butter, coconut oil, etc.) for a month and measure cholesterol; then PHD with lean meats plus the same quantity
of monounsaturated fats (olive oil,
macadamia nut oil, etc.) for a month and re-measure cholesterol.
Alternatively, you can replace it with a healthier
nut butter such as
macadamia butter or cashew
butter, although that kind
of defeats the point
of a peanut
butter cup smoothie doesn't it?
This is pretty much how I eat: 5 - 7 eggs a day, add as much olive, coconut oil and
butter to each meal as possible, green and above ground vegetables as Dr Perlmutter recommends, all meats but I do find eggs are my preferred protein and will often have them for both b» fast and dinner, very little fruit and always with heavy cream,
macadamia nuts and a fair amount
of high fat cheese.
