Hi Joseph Right now I am just sticking to the basic supplementation
on vitamins B, K, D, C,
Magnesium, Iodine and the multivitamin I take happens to have just the recommended amount showing
on the chart displayed
on this website.
Of course if there is a better way to
supplement myself, by all means do feel free to add your two cents as I have not yet reached that specific section
