of monterey jack) and poured that on top before the final sprinkle
of seasoning & thyme.
We made a couple
of healthy substitutes — used reduced fat
monterey jack cheese and subbed the cream for fat - free half and half.
Also added a bit
of shredded
monterey jack cheese to use it up.
