A quick question: I'm not a fan
of raisins, so is it ok to replace them in this recipe with
more blueberries?

Delicious, though I can't help fiddling a bit, hope you don't mind - to make it
more plant - based, I used the maple syrup, a chia seed egg replacer and a large Tbls
of applesauce instead
of oil - some
raisins and dried cranberries for the choc.
* 6 medium onions * 2 tablespoons olive oil * 1 fat clove garlic, peeled and minced * 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper * 1 cup quinoa (I used black quinoa), rinsed thoroughly in a fine mesh strainer * 1 1/2 cups water * 2 heaping tablespoons tomato paste * 1/4 cup

When most
of the liquid evaporates, taste and add
more sugar, golden
raisins and a pinch
of salt.
Next time i will reduce it by one egg, use maple syrup instead
of molasses, and throw in
more raisins.
Add the chickpeas, 1/2 cup
of the
raisins and the last
of the stock (if it looks like it's needed) and let simmer for 15 minutes
more or until the aubergines are soft and tender.
The cauliflower breaks down and absorbs the aromatic spices, and the golden
raisins and hint
of cinnamon are a sweet complement to the
more piquant flavors
of the dish.
OK, just one
more thing!!!! — instead
of apples and
raisins, same everything except spread a thick line
of Nutella on dough before roping.

Add the zucchini, sweet potato,
raisins, apricots, a handful
of fresh cilantro, and
more water (there should be just enough to allow all the ingredients to cook but don't go overboard or it will turn into a stew).
