These Savory Cheese Muffins are only the latest in a long line
of muffin recipes that I crank out of my kitchen on a weekly basis.
While I haven't made this recipe, I've used flaxmeal in a lot
of muffin recipes, and on a occasion I've noticed those same gossamer - type strings after a few days.
They do not have the typical texture of muffins, but with the increasing variety
of muffin recipes out there now, what really is the definition of a typical anyways?

muffins extra virgin olive oil instead or coconut oil will work great, as will omitting the agave but unfortunately the dates are a really big part
of the
recipe so I don't know if you can replace them.

I have just cooked the blueberry
muffins as you say they are like a liquid batter but they haven't turned into
muffins they are just blueberry slop in bottom
of muffin tins.I don't see how these can turn into
muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the
recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I used was rice milk as didn't have almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in as didn't have full amount so the
recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated as the ingredients aren't cheap.
Unfortunately at the moment I don't have a specific
recipe for pancakes / waffles using brown rice flour, but I have lots

I made these
muffins according to the
recipe a couple
of weeks ago, and they were great.
Peaches will make an excellent substitute for the mango puree in this sugar - free gluten - free oats
muffin recipe when mangoes are out
of season.
With this type
of a
recipe I can't figure out how they turn into a
muffin.
The
muffins turned out amazing... so I think I will carry on with the modification
of using pureed bananas in the
muffin recipe instead
of eggs going forward:)
