of this at a day job I had several years ago while working at a local bakery, and it was comforting to know I was giving my body so many
healthy fruits and veggies before noon even hit!

on many
healthy blogs, but I'm here to sing the praises
of another oft forgotten whole grain that is inexpensive and readily available: brown rice.
Love the idea
of munching
on healthy, nutty, grainy waffles at
breakfast, along with my morning coffee!
So by that reasoning, these muffins are very high
on my list
of deliciousness... they are perfect for
breakfast, lunch or snack, since they're not too sweet for a meal, but not too
healthy for a snack.
I think by now most
of us know what should be
on our dinner plate in terms
of healthy, well - rounded nutrient - laden meals, but it is my considered opinion that our
breakfast plate should include cinnamon rolls now and then.
With an ample dose
of protein and flavor - packed peanut butter, a touch
of honey for sweetness, and some sliced bananas, chia seeds, and honey drizzled
on top, these peanut butter, banana, and honey steel - cut oats were the
healthy but still special weekend

Because
of my heavy - sleeper genes I got from my dad, I need to make sure I have
healthy breakfast options that I can eat
on the go because if not, I'll be a hungry monster.
