Let me know what kind you use if you make this 2 T cacao
powder — yes, regular
cocoa powder will work, but check this stuff out, it's way more pure and nutrient dense 1/4 tsp baking
powder 1/8 tsp salt (omit if using egg white p.p. — it's salty) 1 1/2 T coconut sugar (yes you can use a different kind
of sugar here, coconut sugar is my preferred sugar these days — it's still sugar but the way it's made leaves many
of the
natural minerals intact.
Blend together 1/2 -1 sliced avocado, 1 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 - 2 scoops
of organic whey or vegan protein, 4 - 6oz full fat coconut milk, 1 - 2 teaspoons almond butter, 1 - 2 teaspoons carob or
cocoa powder, and a dash
of natural vanilla extract or vanilla
powder.
Dark chocolate contains
cocoa butter,
cocoa powder, tiny amounts
of sugar, and vanilla, four perfectly
natural ingredients that do not cause acne.
My heathier — yet equally delicious recipe — calls for oats,
cocoa powder, a pinch
of stevia (or you could use maple syrup, date sugar, or dates if you don't like stevia), raw coconut butter (not oil), and a
natural peanut butter without sugar or oil.
So if you're like me and want to harness chocolate but want to be mindful
of sugar try this: 1 heaping tbsp
of organic
cocoa powder +
natural low carb sweetener
of your choice (few drops

One
of the best ways to reduce frizz and control excess hair oil is by sprinkling on
