of new coaches do not displace teachers, but complement them, ensuring that teachers feel confident and capable in any new initiative.

of play not in the training ground, i used to say akb but honestly wenger is not acting like the acronym, something has to happen the man has got to wake up or step down, but im scared
of change cos it is like a gamble, a

I'm so sick
of people telling those
of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part
of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing
of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone
of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie
of all: that we couldn't spend because
of the
new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next
coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will
do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
Let's face it goalkeepers tend to march to the beat
of a different drum and Szczesny certainly fell into that category, but most
of his antics were relatively harmless and simply reflected a certain level
of immaturity that isn't uncommon for someone thrust into the limelight at such a young age... lord knows we've seen that happen with numerous players throughout the years and very few were ever banished for such behaviour... the only on - field action that drove me crazy was his inability to take a deep breath and not try to rush the play with an ill - timed throw at certain points in the game when common sense suggested holding the ball and slowing things down... the fact that he continued to
do this probably had a lot to
do with the glaring lack
of coaching time spent with the goalkeepers... ultimately he made the fateful decision to take his frustrations out into the public sphere and paid dearly for it... in the end, his services were wanted by several
of the best Italian squads, which is significant considering the historical importance placed on the defensive side
of the ball in Serie A... all I know is that if someone asked me to pick the most athletically gifted goalkeeper we have had in our squad since the arrival
of Wenger, without hesitation, he would be my pick and for that reason his departure is more than a little disappointing... what else is
new though

We might think that the likes
of Walcott, Ramsey and ox are bad, but maybe it is how they are being managed and tutored that is bad.Sanchez and Gabriel were really good when we signed them, now they look lost, we need to ask ourselves why.Let's first change the manager and
coaching staff, see what the
new manager will
do with this group
of players and then we can decide who to move on.Something tells me that a player like ox can really turn into a beast
of a player under the right tutelage.

Its simple really, Wenger is a very poor manager and has been poor very almost 10 years now, he makes insanely stupid decisions and moves than not even a non league manager would make e.g Kim Kallstrom, 40mil + 1 for Suarez, not siging an out field player last season, playing Ozil on the left wing for some time, Flamini siging, being snubbed by Vardy etc, the list goes on and on and on, Chelsea go in for Kante in within 4 days deal is
done, But noooo Wenger goes in for crack head Vardy and gets snubbed, I'm sorry but if we had to choose over 2
new world class sigings or a
new coach I'd opt for the
new coach, Wenger is a poor poor manager, he ia lower than the level
of our club, anyway thanks in advance for the thumbs down.....

Not at all. Most who want Wenger out recognise quite clearly the job thenewManager has is not easy.Wenger has allowed complete apathy to set in around the whole club so whoever is appointed will have work to
do before we can even dream
of being title contenders. You come across as a very typical Wenger lover who knows his time is up and is almost wanting the
new Manager to fail.Guess what? The fanbase are not easily fooled but will accept a transition as long as we progress. We still have the core
of very very good players who are more than capable
of being competitive in this league and with the right additions we can be a force. But we need a Manager who MANAGES AND
COACHES THE TEAM.This is clearly beyond Wenger and has been for too long now.It is quite clearly shown by our current league position
of SIXTH.And yet you still continue to accept this. The Club needs to raise its expectation levels or else even mediocrity will be beyond us.
It remains to be seen if the
