of noncoding RNA (ncRNA)- RNA molecules that are not translated to protein products - has become more evident.
Using genome - scale RNA interference (RNAi) screening and other high - throughput methodologies to uncover the functions
of noncoding RNAs in the mammalian system, the McManus Lab has generated and characterized many small (micro) RNA conditional knockout mice.
