I have scored these gathered

I tweaked Aran's recipe a little by adding pumpkin seeds instead

Once you've added the last 3 layers
of phyllo, add an additional 3 sheets so that the final layer has 6 sheets
of buttered phyllo (so 28 sheets total — 10 to begin
with, then 15 between
nuts, then a final 3).
Looks so good and can't go wrong
with nut butter, one
of my favorite foods.
I'm particularly fond
of cutting them in half, warming them up in the toaster oven for a few minutes and spreading each half
with a thin layer
of nut butter — so good!
Perfect on it's own, or jazz it up

But I kept it very simple by spreading the macadamia
nut icing

butter knife on the baked cherry oats and poured the blueberry sauce evenly over the baked square.
Add a bit
of prepared PB2 (or any
nut butter of choice) to the top and / or sprinkle
