I've only made fruit based ice creams with a touch
of nut milks before, nothing totally canned coconut milk (yet!)

Given the fact that alternative
milks (
nut, soy, coconut) have become more and more popular in recent years, it was only a matter
of time
before someone turned to fruit.
Soak the tiger
nut in plenty
of water the night
before you are planning to make the
milk (they need to soak for at least 8 hours).
I also went with a much simpler way
of adapting, subbing flax eggs and
nut milk, whereas
before I was engaging in all kinds
of kitchen shenanigans involving vegan yogurt and fancy flours.
The base
of this hot breakfast cereal is your favorite
nut milk mixed with açaí juice (which I've never had
before, but has a lovely thickness to it, plus it's loaded with an insane amount

milk, soy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree

Try cutting up veggies the day
before you know you'll find yourself reaching for your second bar - meal or putting together a chia - pudding in the evening
before a hike (just a couple tablespoons
of chia, some almond
milk and whatever dried fruit and
nuts you like).
I soaked the cashew
nuts in warm
milk before blending it to a smooth paste and added it towards the end
of the cooking process.

It's partially raw, as the filling is typical for raw cakes and made from cashew
nuts, coconut
milk, and a lot
of lemon, but instead
of going the raw route with the crust, I made a crumbly crust and baked it in the oven
before adding the filling.
