Due to the fundings
of nutritional studies done in the past, reports given to the public were not only false, but they directly benefitted the sugar industry by compelling people to eat sugar rather than fat.
While this should not be interpreted as reason to overindulge in these fat - rich confections, Norman K. Hollenberg of the Harvard Medical School in Boston believes the growing body
of nutritional studies of chocolate are strong enough to argue, «People should not feel guilty about eating it.»

All the positive scientific
studies on chocolate refer to the

study, published in the British Journal

nutritional differences between organic and non-organic milk and meat.
While animals seem to balance their
