All you need to do is mix porridge

of how small the ingredients list is they are fairly essential but perhaps you could experiment
with oats or seeds?
I can't eat
oats because
of gluten allergies — what adjustments would I need to make for this recipe to work
with buckwheat?
I like washing the mask off
with a handful
of oats soaked in hot water so that I give my skin a little exfoliation too and then I finish by moisturising
with a little coconut oil!
With the coconut water, it provides much needed electrolytes that are depleted, and I just add extra protein and a source
of carbs like organic
oats.
It is a fun little method
of ours where the topping (muesli, granola, rolled

oats, nuts, coconut oil and maple syrup.
We also don't eat meat so it's been a challenge, but it looks like most
of your recipes don't contain any
of these — even the
oats (although I realise some do) I get so fedup
with people telling me he needs to eat meat just because he's allergic to all
of these things and I've been muddling along but generally struggle
with yummy meals to suit the whole family — these look like heaven, I'm so excited to start trying these — have a huge list for the health food shop now Thanks Ella!
Sadly I haven't made it
with anything else, you could try replacing the coconut oil
with another neutral oil
of your choice and use more
oats instead
of the buckwheat x
All
oats are naturally gluten free but you can get the option
of buying gluten free
oats to prevent the cross-contamination
with other gluten products.
I soak 1 tbls chia and a handful
of oats overnight and in the morning mix
with skyr, grated apple, prunes and crunchy granola.
And for smoothies yes thats all I have for breakfast, I make big ones though, normally
with two bananas as the base and then lots
of other fruit, some spinach or kale, dates and then a mixture
of some nuts / seeds / super-foods, either chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, hemp protein, spirulina, maca,
oats, almond butter etc..
Since I've been traveling, my go - to breakfast has been cooked
oats made
with a water + currant juice combination — but I'm growing tired
of it and will have to get my hands on some orange juice to give the overnight variety a go.
One
of my favourite things about
oats is that they keep you full for hours as they're loaded
with fibre and they taste great
with almost anything.
