of online calorie calculators if you want to get more precise calorie info.

I used a
calculator that I found
online (so I don't know how accurate this is), but it tells me that it should have 315
calories, 13.8 g
of fat, 60 mg
of potassium, 40g
of carbs, 9g fiber, 8.3 g protein and so on I hope this helps!
You can copy / paste the ingredient list into a free
online calculator, then divide by the number
of cookies in the batch (approx 26) to get the number
of calories, fat, etc. in each cookie.

I know there are lots
of daily
calorie calculators online but not only do they not seem geared for endurance athletes but the ones I've found can vary greatly in their calculations.
