When most people think of grilled / toasted sandwiches, they think
of oozy cheese.
Not exact matches
If you're lactose intolerant or just a bit «sensitive», does the thought
of an
oozy grilled
cheese make your mouth water... only to turn your stomach?
I have a lot
of «things» — like the one about not liking warm,
oozy chocolate desserts, sugar rimmed drinks or those waxy cubes
of cheese you always see at corporate catering events — but for today, let us just pretend that I have one, and that one is about passed hors d'œuvres and amuse bouches that are too cumbersome to be easily eaten, standing up at a party.
And so, I am often found with five, six, seven bits
of oozy, stinky, pungent
cheese in my fridge, which is all threatening to pass its prime any day now.
The curry from the Rajma made an excellent replacement for marinara sauce and the kidney bean - red onion topping over a sizzling golden rice crust, all
of which was enveloped in a lava
of hot
oozy cheese, it rocked my world!
The meals get lighter, more portable and become more
of a compilation
of bite sized goodies, which is why I thought it timely to share this recipe for crispy red pepper and goats
cheese bites; they're
oozy and sweet with
cheese and pepper.
