A little garlic, a lot
of ginger, some nice, mellow white
miso (you can use any kind you like, though), a good,
organic, unsalted peanut butter, some soy sauce, a little sugar, and a few other things go into the food processor.

of nutrient - dense foods such as livers, cruciferous veggies, and fermented foods such as
miso and sauerkraut.
Each region
of the world has its own unique fermented cuisine that is a staple in that particular culture, for example, in Asia, foods such as
miso, tempeh, kim chi, tamari, and fermented fish sauce are in common use; Europe has sourdough, yogurt, sauerkraut, and American traditions include pickles and relishes, to name just a few.During the fermentation process, an agent (usually bacteria and yeast) reacts with an
organic substance to break it down into simpler substances.
Interestingly, this includes the consumption
of whole soy foods, such as
organic tofu, tempeh,
miso and natto.

One is to mix certified
organic Eden
Organic Miso (one teaspoon to one tablespoon depending on how salty you want your food) in about a cup
of water, stirring well to dissolve.
Finally, I included one
of my favorite secret weapons for healing and nourishment:
organic white
miso paste.
You can use any type
of miso paste — white or red — but it's something I try to find
organic since soybeans are a big GMO crop.
I do eat and crave — seafood (7 — 10 times per week) love
miso and sushi, eat lots
of almonds, my
organic museli has dried cranberries and blueberries and LSA added and I eat this every morning with
organic yogurt.
Non-GMO
organic soy that has been fermented, ie tempeh and
miso, can be a great source
of plant - based protein in the long run.
