I made some substitutes to this pie pudding: used tapioca starch in place
of corn, almond milk rather than cow's,
coconut oil verses butter,
organic coconut palm sugar rather than white
sugar.

I make brownies with chocolate protein powder,

organic coconut palm sugar, an egg, vanilla, pinch
of salt, baking soda, almond vanilla milk no
sugar, and water.
I used to buy the white
sugar but found out it horrible for you so I've been given
organic coconut palm sugar and I'll use it in some
of my baking or my homemade hot chocolate or sometimes my coffee which I mostly take it with just cream.

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop tablespoons
of the dough into balls, roll in the

sugar, simply pulse Sucanat or
palm sugar in a food processor or coffee / spice grinder You can also use
organic, unbleached cane
sugar in place
of Sucanat or
coconut palm sugar.
