I did not eat processed foods or excess sugar and I made sure to get my daily dose of probiotics in the form

You can use
plain organic yogurt or add a capsule
of probiotics for an extra boost.
Foods like raw nuts (note: peanuts are not nuts) and
organic high - fat unsweetened
plain yogurt also contain adequate amounts
of proteins and are acceptable options (though in lesser amounts).
Instead
of the typical cereal in the morning (that's slowly killing you and making you fatter), try a bowl
of plain greek full - fat
organic yogurt (which is loaded with healthy gut probiotics, healthy fats, AND protein) and add in a handful
of fresh,
organic berries (or frozen wild blueberries), a handful
of nuts such as either almonds or pecans (more healthy fats), and a little stevia or vanilla protein for a little added sweetness if you need it.
To thin it I add 1 tbs
of plain organic yogurt and reduce the the amount
of olive oil.
While I was there, I was feeding my nephew a bowl
of half
plain yogurt and half -LCB-
organic unsweetened store bought -RCB- applesauce, and I was like, whoa this is way more delicious than I thought it was going to be.
When it comes to fruit, I will typically cook down some
organic berries
of some sort with a little Stevia or Monkfruit and refrigerate to be used as a
plain yogurt toppers.
Finally, I topped off this tasty shake with a nice big dollop
of some
plain coconut
yogurt (vanilla soy
yogurt also works really well), some Navitas
Organics cacao nibs, and then I popped the glass in the freezer for 20 minutes to let the shake get all nice and thick and slightly frozen.
Avocados, broccoli, cheese, slices
of hard boiled eggs, chunks
of fish, pasta,
organic peanut butter, blueberries, strawberries, papaya, sweet potato, pieces
of cooked chicken, whole grain breads and crackers,
plain yogurt, celery or other veggies sticks, and fruit slices are high in minerals and vitamins.
Opt for the

plain variety
of yogurt or kefir and add your own fresh fruit or raw honey.

of plain organic yogurt for every 5 lbs
of weight, unless your vet says otherwise:)
