Other athletic projects including expansion / enclosure of Ludwig, a new track complex down by the Xfinity parking lots, both a basketball and gymnastics practice facility added on to Xfinity, softball upgrades, and recreation fields on top of a massive Paint Branch parking garage.

They need additional funding to buy AND prepare such food, which includes facilities upgrades where needed, and they need support in terms of nutrition education and other efforts to help ease kids into the new meals.

The area near the intersection of Woodridge and Plaza drives includes, among other things, Village Hall, a library, public works facility, park district community center, post office, junior high school and open space.

Most experts agree that there are plenty of other ways for children to develop the skills necessary to be successful in kindergarten, including attending a good daycare facility or spending quality time at home with you or another loving caregiver.

School districts in some states, including all five surveyed, may have additional protection under «recreational use» statutes, which offer immunity from certain claims against landowners who open their property to the public for recreational use.10 In states with broad recreational use statutes, such as Indiana, opening school kitchen facilities could be considered a protected activity under the law, depending on the circumstances of the use and other factors.11 However, in Massachusetts, protection for recreational activities extends only to purposes that are «scientific, educational, environmental, ecological, research, religious, or charitable,» 12 so the state's statute might not apply when districts allow for - profit groups to use school kitchens.

The first phase of the new site, which is available at www.napervilleparks.org, includes basic information about the commissioners, the parks, other facilities, special events and committees run by the district.

It also includes upgrading other park facilities by adding two dance studios, one fitness room, four gyms, one meeting room, one multipurpose room, one stage, three storage rooms and an indoor lap / therapy pool to one of the recreation centers.
