I am not much
of a cook and get in
ruts where I make the same
foods all the time until I can find healthy recipes that are low sugar and low carb
with high protein.
However, oatmeal seems to be the only breakfast
food that fills me up and I always find myself in a
rut with my morning routine this time
of year.
