Part of the problem with most
of my outdoor cooking may be the longstanding tradition of backyard beverages one can choose to consume while barbecuing.

Secondly, I love to embrace speedy simplicity by taking hold
of the ritual
of batch
cooking, one pan options, and easy - peasy snacks and refreshments that allow less time in hands - on food prep, and more time enjoying the
outdoors and the presence
of those I love.
It's the time
of year for grilling and smoking, long weekends, holidays,
outdoor family gatherings and all those events that scream
outdoor cooking.
So in celebration
