Allow to cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, moving the contents
of pan around every now and then.
The pie shells took about 16 mins to bake to golden in the oven at 350 (I switched the positions
of the pans around 8 minutes in).
You can mess with the size of the display, but your best bet is to switch the Screen Rotation using the Aa button — landscape mode helps make small fonts readable without a lot
of panning around.
The biggest disappointment for me is the browsing experience, whilst WP7's browser is based on Internet Explorer 7 and its rendering is pretty speedy the lack of text reflow means on a small screen you will be doing plenty
of panning around with a touch of zooming in and out.
