One trick I learned, when mixing the
pasta with the Pesto, add a tablespoon or
so of water that you boiled the
pasta in.
Unfortunately I cooked orzo the other day and wasn't a big fan
of it... I don't know what I was expecting... but it was just like some kind
of «Mexican
pasta» (semillitas de melon is the name in Spanish) which I love but more like in a «soup» kind
