We assessed recent (past two weeks) symptoms of depression using the nine items of the Quick Depression Assessment
of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ - 9; Spitzer et al., 1999).
OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to examine the performance characteristics and validity
