of UN
peacekeeping overall?
Peacekeeping is at the centre
of the UN's efforts to maintain international peace and security.
So, what accounts for the survival
of peace in the other cases, and does UN
peacekeeping play a role?
The military operations and military doctrine
of the GAF are conceptualised on the Constitution
of Ghana, Ghana's Law on Armed Force Military Strategy, and Kofi Annan International
Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) agreements to which GAF is attestator.
By waiting instead
of acting now, both the EU and NATO risk Russian troops consolidating the positions making any peaceful efforts to remove them extremely difficult or making the installation
of an armed
peacekeeping force, impossible.
