As I often try to give my children energy
balls too, I use Wowbutter (nut - free, made from roasted soya but tastes exactly like
peanut butter) and sunflower seeds in place
of peanuts.
Perfect snack for a sweet tooth:) I followed the recipe as you have it but found it a little tricky to get the dough to stay in
balls, so I added about 1/2 C
of natural
peanut butter.
I don't know about you, but for me it's been a good long while since I've had chocolate

I used Dakatine all natural
peanut butter, used only 250g insted
of 355g
of light brown sugar, and chilled the dough in the fridge before scooping into 1 Tbsp
balls that I cooked for 20 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F).

of our favourite dishes during the week — fajitas, spaghetti bolognaise, stirfry, risotto and arancini
balls, roast dinner,
