pecans into the food processor and blend until a sticky flour forms, it's just more than a flour but not as sticky as a
nut butter, this should take a couple
of minutes.

of almonds: (Luckily I had some

of coconut oil.
To serve, I like some
of my cinnamon
pecan granola with a mixture
of fresh berries,

There's also an amazing amount
of plant protein in here too from the almonds,
nut butter and
pecans so each bite will energise you, leaving you feeling awesome instead
of lethargic, while the dates dose you up on iron and fibre and the coconut oil gives you anti-inflamatory goodness!
If it's just almonds then any ground
nut will work perfectly — I think hazelnuts
of pecans would taste particularly good here!
We use
pecans, cashews, almonds, and peanuts (technically a legume, not a
nut) as part
of our core ingredients.
For this recipe I chose Southern Grove Almonds, Cashews and
Pecan Halves for the mix
of nuts.
While you can use pretty much any combination
of nuts in this recipe, I highly recommend using a combo
of almonds and
pecans because they compliment the dates perfectly.
I usually add a cup
of dried fruit, such as raisins, or chopped dates, prunes, or figs, as well as a cup
of chopped
nuts, such as walnuts,
pecans, or almonds.

of the mix I used, which included brazil
nuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and
pecans.

I went with
pecans to mix things up but you can use whatever kind
of nuts (or seeds if you're allergic to

But then I started kicking around ideas like maple - butter walnuts and spicy - sweet -
pecans I decided it was rather lame that most spiced
nuts are full
of butter, sugar and bacon and this was breakfast, surely they could be a tiny bit indulgent but also wholesome.

nut base made
of cashews and
pecans.
Oh, these cookies look so delicious, the tastes
of vanilla and rum and
pecan nuts in a cookies, how delicious, it's a great variety from classical Christmas cookies.
Because
pecans are so expensive I've started making it with a mix
of pecans, raisins and other
nuts.

This fresh twist on mall
nuts in the form
of Fisher Almonds and
Pecans coated in cinnamon sugar will have you salivating from the comfort
of your home.
And if you're all out
of nut butter, just blend in a few
pecans, walnuts, or other
nut of choice.
For toppings, I added roasted butternut squash pieces, but you can also use a spoonful
of this cinnamon
pecan pumpkin butter instead, or just sprinkle some caramelized
nuts.
Made this for dinner last night, although with Trader Joe's sprouted whole wheat pasta (we were out
of wild rice) and sans the
pecans (got my wisdom teeth out about a week ago; still can't quite manage things like
nuts.)
