I was able to select this item and chose it because I had never heard
of pillow spray before and who doesn't a good nights sleep!

I use these waters (rose, orange blossom, lavender) to scent my home and
spray on bed
pillows and sheets, diluted in water (about 1/4 cup per 16 oz
of water), and they work very well.
Then,
of course, there were my son's onesies and the nursing
pillow covers, all
of which would get soaked, no matter how diligently I tried to absorb the
spray.
Part
of the answer is that this
pillow spray recipe uses the proven sleep - inducing powers
of some great essential oils.
(Bergamot is highly phototoxic... but this is more
of a concern in a lotion than in a nighttime
pillow spray.)
You could also put a few drops
of essential oil into a
spray bottle with water and gently mist your
pillow before bed, or sprinkle a few drops
of scent onto a cloth or handkerchief and tuck it under your
pillow.
I wake up to morning neck aches because
of my awful
pillows, but when I
spray this on, all the pain goes away.
Just before bed I
