You might remember that JT and I are the posole lovers in this house and when he comes for Christmas he looks forward to a big
pot of your posole.
One of this year's dishes was this hearty
bowl of Posole with chorizo made with Mexican chorizo, posole (hominy), mushrooms and Swiss chard.

know of posole but I had no idea it was a holiday dish in your parts.
Think
of posole as chili's brothier, lighter cousin, a Mexican version of chicken soup.

version of posole, a dish made by the Pueblo Indians and Hispanics for feast days and special celebrations.
Make a pot

I love raw radishes in salsa, garnishing a bowl
of posole or on rye crispbreads with a little butter and sea salt, but I honestly never thought about cooking them.
Read through the recipe and have to admit that it sounds like a decent Anglo version
