Prepare the glaze: Combine the maple syrup, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and generous
pinch of powdered ginger in a small saucepan and mix well.
Instead of turning to medications for handling this problem, all you need is to consume one
gram of powdered ginger daily during the menstrual cycle.
I didn't have any fresh ginger, so I just added an extra tablespoon of water to the flax egg and an extra
