of a focus, and now I am heading into the second trimester, I hope to have more energy to get out and about, and will also to restart my
yoga habit — although I think this will be exclusivey YouTube based, as the thought
of going to an actual
pregnancy yoga class doesn't induce calming thoughts in me.
If this is not your first baby then finding time for yourself in a
pregnancy yoga class might be a haven
of peace in a busy life with other small children.
My advice is to go to a few prenatal
yoga classes at the beginning
of your
pregnancy to learn the poses that we practice so that you can incorporate them into your existing practice.
