My favorite brand
of pure stevia is easily NuNaturals brand
of pure stevia which I have used faithfully for years now, although it isn't organic.
However, some of these ingredients, as long as they are certified organic or made from non-GMO corn, may be okay if you dislike the taste
of pure stevia products.

I personally started making my own almond milk - using 1 cup of raw almonds (pre soaked), blended with 3 cups of water, a touch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a few drops
of pure stevia extract (or 1 date).
I also added some raw vanilla bean powder, cinnamon for flavor, coconut flour to thicken, for fiber and for taste, some frozen raspberries for more nutrition and flavor, and a touch
of pure stevia to sweeten it up a bit more.
I do use Truvia from time to time, but only when I am out
of pure stevia.
If you use this option, be sure to add a pinch
of pure stevia extract to the pie mixture ingredients to add sweetness without sugar.
I follow the recepie except I use 7 drops
of pure stevia (better stevia) instead of Xylitol.
Not exact matches
I only made a few slight changes to the recipe: added a splash
of vanilla extract, used a tablespoon
of pure maple syrup instead
of the
stevia, and substituted 1/2 tsp
of pumpkin pie spice for the cloves.
Again, this one is a bit heavy on the sugar for my taste: reduce it by using half the amount, and 10 drops
of liquid
Stevia instead — or try
pure Xylitol (low GI birch tree sugar) in place
of sugar.
I want to get the calories down for weight loss though so my updated recipe is: 6 oz brewed organic coffee cold, 6 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop organic plant based protein powder, 1 tsp
pure vanilla extract, 1 tbs organic cocoa, 1 egg yolk,
stevia to taste, and contents
of 2 probiotic capsules.

stevia and try to stick to one treat a week that uses sweeteners other than
pure fruit juice or fruits.
One question — why do you prefer NuNaturals
stevia?Just curious — I like to use
pure stevia with nothing added, and I thought NuNaturals added some sort
of «natural flavoring» or maltodextrin.
I would recommend using 1 +1 / 4 cups
of pumpkin instead
of 3/4 cup, and adding 1 - 2 tsp
of cinnamon (to taste), 1/16 tsp salt, and ~ 1/2 -1 tsp

pure stevia because I find it is very bitter, though I will use it to cut the amount
of sweetener required by about half.
It's really pretty simple: You blend non-dairy milk with your choice an unsweetened non-dairy yogurt, some ice, vegan protein powder, and a sweetener
of choice (in my case, that's always
pure stevia since it has no sugar or weird additives).
Stevia has a very sweet flavour but because it's not a sugar it doesn't mix with the rest
of the flavours in the same way

pure organic
stevia in some applications (like coffee and tea where you just need a bit), but it doesn't provide the right texture in this recipe, so it's important not to sub the maple with that without adding some other sort

It's spiced but subtly so, so as not to overpower the delicate flavour
of the mango, and the woody flavour
of the
pure green
stevia (other forms are good too) goes really well with the mango.
