of for
quitting sugar is to keep your blood
sugar stable with almond butter.
Here are some basic tools for support in
quitting sugar, serving the health
of your body, and freeing your mind from obsession so you can go about the fantastic business
of living.
One
of the 40 million times I
quit eating refined
sugar (and hopefully the last), I had the magnificent idea to start a journal and track not just my food, but my thoughts about food.
