It consists of a scoop of chocolate Casein (Optimum Nutrition), mixed in with 6 egg whites, some stevia extract and cinnamon, microwaved for a minute, then a
teaspoon of raw almond butter stirred in and put back in the microwave for a further 40 - 60 seconds.
If you are in a pinch for time you can use two tablespoons
of raw almond butter with two to four cups of milk, pinch salt and sweetener of your choice (if using).
2 bananas well mashed 2 cups of organic old fashioned oats 1 heaping
tbsp of raw almond butter 1 tbsp of cinnamon 1 light drizzle of raw agave (or stevia) 2 tablespoons of raw chia seeds finely ground Add a few raisins, shredded coconut or chopped apple if liked.
Ooh, I bet it WOULD be great in oats, maybe with some cacao nibs, a
glop of raw almond butter, and a drizzle of the coconut nectar!
Also experimented with an oil - free sauce which turned out really well: Juice of 1 Meyer Lemon, 1 Garlic Clove, 1 Handful of Raw Cashews, 1
Tablespoon of Raw Almond Butter, 2 Tablespoons of Low Sodium Tamari, 1 Jalapeño, 1 Handful of Spinach, and 2 Handfuls of Fresh Basil.

teaspoon of raw almond butter.
An apple has a relatively high amount of fiber, and almond butter has several important nutrients in it as well including calcium, iron, and vitamin E. For a nice healthy snack packed full of nutrients, try half of an apple combined with one tablespoon
of raw almond butter.
