You can also make the casein protein less inflammatory (use A2 instead
of A1
milk, try unpasteurized
raw milk cheese or even
goat milk) but this post is not going into those details.
Homemade formula is best made with a clean source
of raw milk and some parts
of the country have
raw goat milk far more readily available than

milk.

of that I changed in my diet in the past week: — avoiding cow dairy (except butter); replaced with
goat milk and

raw)-- I bought glucose tablets to use for my low blood sugars (trying to get away from excess fructose), Dex 4 «Naturals» (no color added) Ingredients: Dextrose (D - glucose), cellulose, sterotex, citric acid, malic acid, natural orange flavor, ascorbid acid.
The consumption
of all dairy products have been shown to naturally raise IGF - 1 levels, but I personally go straight to the source and both drink camel
milk and other forms
of raw milk (in moderation) and use
goat's
milk colostrum.
I am only guessing but I think yes you could make kefir; however the quality
of it will not be as good as using fresh
raw milk, and I would guess you will also have a rather strong
goat flavor.

No doubt this proliferation
of choices comes from an increased market demand for
milk alternatives due to limited access to good sources
of raw cow or
goat milk, dairy allergies, and growing trends toward plant - based vegan diets.
