The results as seen above show that a Windows
registry with a lot
of errors does have an effect on general system benchmark scores and that
cleaning the
registry with a
registry cleaning software provides improvement to benchmark scores.
In spite
of this, if you decide to use a
registry cleaner, make sure you research the product and in any case, always remember to create a system restore point first or back up the
registry before using it.
