Can you believe how many calories you would save if you used this Healthy DIY Vanilla Sugar in place
of regular white sugar?
Of course, the demerara sugar is wonderful to use instead
of regular white sugar in the recipe as well.
I used brown sugar instead
of regular white sugar to give just another bit of flavour.
Instead
of regular white sugar I used Swerve, an all - natural diabetic friendly sweetener.

They full
of vitamins and they're actually naturally lower in
sugar compared to
regular white potatoes x
