If you like, you can make your own rice cereal by boiling a cup of water and stirring in a fourth - cup
of rice powder.
This is the first time I am hearing
of rice powder and was wondering if there were any other substitutions that I can use for that.
Not exact matches
The only major changes between the
powdered meal replacement mixes are substituting
rice protein instead
of artificial vanillin and an extra «chm» in the name.
It did not help that a packet
of baby
rice had exploded inside my suitcase, leaving it coated with a film
of suspicious - looking white
powder.
These kind
of fruit and veggie smoothies are great and you can add protein to them by adding things like hemp
powder or pea /
rice protein
powder as well as chia seeds and flax seeds.
I have a similar recipe but it's half the ingredients, only 1 date (I don't like it too sweet) and a serving
of rice protein
powder added.
I've always been a bit nervous about making chocolate, assuming that it would be so complicated, but I was so blown away by the simplicity
of it — you literally just put cacao butter, cacao
powder and either maple syrup or
rice syrup in a pan and warm gently until melted!
My base is always frozen fruit because I like my smoothies cold, then I add a ton
of greens, lemon, spirulina, bee pollen, maca, sprouted brown
rice protein
powder or hemp seeds... my smoothies can get a bit on the overloaded side!
I used buckwheat instead
of brown
rice flour, and we didn't have baking
powder / bicarb but the cookies still turned out great!
It thickened beautifully, I used
rice milk instead
of water and vanilla paste in lieu
of powder.

For example, if you were making Mexican - inspired
rice and beans, you could use olive oil instead
of coconut oil, skip the ginger, and add cumin and / or chili
powder.
I grabbed a my Ziploc and tossed in raw hazelnuts, chopped figs and dates, chia seeds, chunks
of dark chocolate, puffed
rice cereal, and a dusting
of raw cocoa
powder to lightly coat everything.
Bring a pot
of water or broth to boil, then add your
rice, turmeric, garlic

rice.
